FYI: Minor outage in web services should now be concluded

Hi folks,

You might have noticed some issues with the Tectonic web services over the past few hours. I needed to migrate the CDN infrastructure due to something in Azure being turned off, which took a few steps to get right. However, the work should now be completed, and I believe that everything will be running as normally again. See tectonic-typesetting/tectonic-cloud-infra#3 for the technical details.

You might also have noticed that I've been super uninvolved in the project lately. There are some tangible reasons to hope that this will get better: I've recently stepped back from responsibilities in the conda-forge core team because they were crowding out everything else, and I've also started a new job that may actually allow me to spend some of my daytime work effort on Tectonic, as well as apply for grants to support the project! On that note, I was recently awarded a 2024 Better Scientific Software Fellowship on the topic of documentation, which will fund me to spend some time working on topics that are well-aligned with Tectonic.
