run ts6 on debian 11 -> Illegal instruction

Hi there,

when i try to run ts6 server with the command
./tsserver --accept-license
i get "Illegal instruction"

Can somebody help me how i can fix this or is this really a bug?

CPU is Intel Atom N2800

And I use Debian 11 with 64bit (amd64)

More details I can provide later because I'm not at home yet

Good to know is that teamspeak 3 server works without trouble

And I know that I shouldn't run it as root but for testing it doesn't make a difference between a regular user and root. The problem is with root and also with my user for teamspeakserver

I also tried the version with docker.. but I still didn't succeed, I don't get any errors and docker doesn't start, it restarts
