CONFIG.md - default values column

Hello! I would like to propose a change to CONFIG.md file.

Right now there are some default values entered as part of the description column. Furthermore, most of the default values are absent. Of course, one can easily figure them out by trial and error, but it's not a very fun process.

I would like to propose a separate column for the default value for each parameter/variable entry.
I believe it would improve clarity and ease of configuration.
