Moto G dump - W: bad primary gpt #2

Hello!
I dumped whole emmc of my 2013 moto g (falcon) 8GB using dd. When i open dumped file i get: "W: bad primary gpt"
I want to shrink cache partition and allocate that extra space either to system or userdata. Is that possible? Should i care about this warning?
