Test Coverage Possible?

Would some form of test coverage reporting be possible within the framework and/or in the presence of TwinCAT's constraints? I find coverage reports valuable and would love to see them here. I haven't read through the codebase yet but do use the framework in my development. Depending on feasibility of such a feature, I might be able to help in some capacity as well. :)
