Build escalation channels for trusted external users

The DAU engages with external users who are factcheckers or journalists in many ways. The scope of the issue is to figure out a friction free way for them to use DAU's services.

Currently all the coordination with such users happen via google forms and slack. DAU intends to keep it so for now. So in the short term we might also have to explore how to integrate these channels with the dau dashboard.

Hey @dennyabrain, can you please also elaborate more on the "many ways" DAU engages with the factcheckers and journalists? Similarly, for the coordination through Slack and Google Forms, can you please mention what types of interactions are happening? For example, are factcheckers filling out the form to be included in DAU or to post something about manipulated information that they have checked or some different kind of interactions? And similarly, how is Slack being used in this context?
This would help us to define the problem statement more precisely and design a broad layout of the features we need to build.
