Handle very long text posts with URL(s) #44

Overview
Since we have allowed text messages with URLs to appear on the dashboard it is breaking the feed's visual design.
The secretariat has seen instances where the text message is so long that it breaks the UI, in that it takes up a lot of visual space. They have even said that the URLs are what they care for and the text is not very important.
I don't see a reason to remove the text. We can explore some UI based solutions :
- Ensure that text messages are truncated upto a point and we provide users a way to see the whole text
- If its possible to only show the extracted URLs in the feed and show the entire text elsewhere
