Investigate if there's any limit on file length on the server side #30

Areeba spotted an issue with chat ID 127805630.
the user tried to send a video which was 5 to 6 mins long but it didn't make its way through, instead the bot triggered a test fallback. The user then sent the link of the web page which had the video and that made it to the dashboard and is currently under assessment. So, just checking if we have an upper limit for video length that can make its way to the dashboard?
