Describe the bug

after changing the language to hindi or tamil. The DETECTING OGBV section of the homepage remains to be in English

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://uli.tattle.co.in/
2. Click on either hindi or tamil for language
3. Scroll down to DETECTING OGBV section
4. Section remains to be in English.

Expected behavior

I expect it to change language to the chose one
