0.31.1 (804): iPhone SE: When trying to restore wallet with recovery phrase, I receive Incompatible version detected error despite having created that wallet on the day #1188

Describe the bug
As a user I find when I created a wallet on the new iOS test build, deleted the wallet and then tried to restore it with recovery phrase, I received a Incompatible version detected error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download and install app version 0.31.1 (804)
  2. Open the app and run through onboarding flow (Create wallet etc)
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Click on Wallet Backups
  5. Click on Write down seed phrase option
  6. Copy your seed phrase and save it
  7. Go back to Settings
  8. Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Your Wallet
  9. Confirm Delete your wallet
  10. User's wallet will be deleted, and user should be back on homepage of app
  11. Click on Restore an existing wallet
  12. Click on Restore with recovery phrase
  13. Paste in the seed words you saved above
  14. Observe

Expected behavior
User should be able to successfully restore their wallet
