[TASK] Add ability to create Eigenlayer AVS from chat (node.js)

Overview

As a first example of a simple non-Tangle Blueprint AI idea, build a nodejs eigenlayer project from a prompt. The agent should be able to either intelligently detect that the project scaffold is different and build out from a different system prompt (there's system prompt switching in my deep research branch).
