ValueError: Width and height specified must be non-negative

Hi,
there is another issue with the same problem from 2019. There the problem was thought to be related to python2.7. I am using the lastest conda installation and python3 and I am getting the same error. The first chr is plotted but it looks rather terrible.

Could the problem also be related to input maps that are no good?

How many maps did you use? or are these just different linkage groups in the same map?

Try to filter the markers to retain only confident ones, some may be repeats? Also try to use --links and set it to higher values (default: 10 markers), so the plot doesn't look so crowded.

Thanks for your reply. When I set links to 30 it works without problems. One more question: If the plot is "crowded" and an increase of links is needed does that also relate to the quality of the chromosome reconstruction (or better: does it relate to the quality of the input contigs)?
