Problems with multiple linear comparisons

First, I have 9 bacterial genomes and only one chromosome. I want to explore the colinearity between one of them and the other nine.

But when I finished drawing, I found that because I only had one chromosome, the image drawn was like this, and the CDS region on the chromosome would not be displayed:

But now, when I run the same command as this, it always gives this error:

Please post your layout file and a sample of your BED and blocks file.

As a side note, you may want to reverse the contig orientation for 3410 and its annotations before running the analysis. This will prevent that confusing twist in the middle of the plot.
