Cleanup script

The boilerplate comes with a small example app in it. Ideally, we could have a script that removes the example app and leaves only the structure and the patterns in a clean state to develop a new app. The v2 of this boilerplate had something similar to that https://github.com/talyssonoc/node-api-boilerplate/blob/v2.1/package.json#L23.
