Port this to another platform

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to port this to other platforms, I work with JavaFX (i'm not an expert or something), and the default JavaFX style (Moderna) is outdated and ugly.
I must admit i've never worked with tailwindcss before. So my question is: Is tailwind pure CSS or does it have some sort of "web only" features ?
