Way to Build Semi-Complete version of CSS output?

If I want to build a full ( or semi-full ) version of the TW CSS output, is there an easy way to do that?

I mean I could just build specimen sheets that use every tag and then use that in my config "content", but is there an easier way?

I know I will lose all the kewl jit dynamic stuff, but I don't mind.

Any ideas?
