How to switch between default styles in tailwindcss-forms?

Hello I'm fairly new to tailwindcss and I'm having trouble with the lack of usage documentation on how to switch between the different styles highlighted in the live demo - simple, underline, and solid. Suppose I want to use one of these as my default style, how do I do it?
