text-stroke-color as custom default class

Is it possible to add text-stroke-color as a custom class so i can use for example class textstroke-red-500 with any color I've defined for tailwind. The default stroke built into tailwind doesn't work since it can only use current color, and I would like the text to be transparent and stroke to have color.
