Tailwind css missing a lot of property

I have added tailwind into my project and It worked.

But many properties have been miss like:

• border-b-*
• padding: px-, py-
• .....and many other properties

my tailwind.config.js file

And in nuxt.config.js: i only added basic like : buildModules: ['@nuxtjs/tailwindcss'], and import tailwind.config.js

Added tailwind.scss

may i miss some thing else?
