Timing for removing future flags from tailwind.config

Hi there,

Thought I would create a simple table here to track when various settings can be removed from the future section of your tailwind.config.js.

This might be useful for anyone that had previously enabled various future flags and wanted somewhere to check when they could disable/remove such flags.

For background, read this page as an example of some future flags that people might have enabled previously.
