Replacing class names

Is it possible to implement something similar to this?

module.exports = {
  // ...
  
  theme: {
    // ...
  },

  replacement: {
    'leading': 'lh',
    'rounded': 'rnd',
  },

  // ..
}

That is, add a replacement block, in which it would be possible to describe similar replacement rules in a simple way.

I understand that it is possible to specify a prefix to avoid conflicts. But it would be nice to have this opportunity.
