Tailwind v1.6 Integration in Vue.js Failure

Hello, everyone, I'm trying to add tailwind in my Vue CLI App, I try every config but it still not working
Here is my config file

postcss.config.js

module.exports = {
  plugins: [require("tailwindcss"), require("autoprefixer")]
};

style.css

@tailwind base;

@tailwind components;

@tailwind utilities;

and I import it in my main.js file

import "@/assets/css/tailwind.css";

I follow every step mentioned in the official documentation, but it still not working can someone help me please?
