Dont you think disabled: should be a default modifier?

I often see myself doing stuff like this while working with dynamic disabled components:

 class="bg-blue-500 ..."
 :class="{
   'hover:bg-blue-600': !disabled,
   'opacity-50 cursor-not-allowed': disabled,
 }"
/>

why don't add some modifier like we have for :focus and :hover for disabled state, doesn't it make sense? Considering create the same button like this v

<button class="bg-blue-600 hover:bg-blue-600 disabled:opacity-50 disabled:cursor-not-allowed">...

thoughts?

I can happily create a PR if you think this is a good idea
