Apply underline and overline (and/or other text-decorations) at the same time

I'm currently in the process of recreating a layout using Tailwind v4 and noticed underline and overline cannot be applied at the same time, while it is trivial in css:

A:FOCUS, A:HOVER {

	color : Cyan; text-decoration: overline underline; 

}

This particular example is also used on W3Schools: https://www.w3schools.com/Css/css_text_decoration.asp

I'm currently using this workaround: hover:[text-decoration:underline_overline]
