CLI --version flag

The CLI needs a --version flag to return the current version.

What issue are you running into that you need this information?

Thanks! No issues, it's just pretty standard to have a --version flag CLIs these days. I know it outputs the version everywhere else but I think there's a general expectation from devs for --version.
