Hey! I moved this to our discussions, since it's not a Tailwind Plus specific issue.

From my testing the hover state works on mobile and on desktop. I think what you might be running into is when you switch the browser to "touch mode", then hovering doesn't work, because there is no such thing as hover on touch screens.
