Add config to change output to anything but oklch

I want to make my website as compatible as possible, and ie11 does not support oklch colors, here is a screenshot from my windows 11 computer:

I got it to run using this Visual Basic Script:

Set objExplorer = CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
    With objExplorer
            .ToolBar = 1
            .StatusBar = 1
            .Visible = 1
    End With

I found that script whilst poking around Microsoft office. Then I removed the function from the script I found it in. I did it because I could.
