Tailwind v4 hover not working in BRAVE, GOOGLE, EDGE browser

It's strange that all the hover effects for the same block of code work in Tailwind v3 but stop working in Tailwind v4.

The hover effect even on hover doesn't WORK!!
Help me community!

v4 hover variant includes @media (hover: hover) so if your device/browser combination does not pass this media query check, you would not see hover styles. See:
