Failed to install tailwindcss v4 in a Jhipster project.

For several hours, I have been browsing the net trying to find a suitable solution for installing tailwindcss in a Jhipster project (Angular + Spring Boot) that I generated. I was finally able to install it (I don't really remember how), but all the styles that I insert in the Html do not apply. Has anyone already done this installation and it works properly? Please help me find a solution.

i also downloaded tailwind v4 and got the same error, then i reinstalled tailwind v3 and it worked fine
