Can't login, Can't reset, Can't contact

I bought lifetime access to Tailwind a couple of years ago and have been using it happily ever since. However, I recently tried to login again, and my credentials no longer work. I tried to reset my password, but it said it's not recognised. I looked and looked for some way to contact Tailwind but I came up blank.

Can anyone help me?
