Tailwindcss V.4 doesn't worked properly

when I am setup project with react+typescript , after setup tailwindcss then html tag cannot work like ,

Would you be able to provide a git repo that reproduces the unexpected behavior please? We could then look at what's gone wrong.

you can try in a fresh project,
step 1: npm create vite@latest
setup project name
react +typescript then
step 2: then setup tailwindcss V.4 (https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation/using-vite)
step 3 : remove app.css and index.css file
step4: run

helloWorld

, myButton
step5: npm run dev then you will find error

Indeed removing the app.css and index.css files would cause errors, perhaps don't do that.

delete the file app.css and remove default css in index.css ,add @import tailwindcss; in index.css. after that my tailwindcss work but html tag aren't work
