Rerun the npx @tailwindcss/upgrade@next upgrade despite having the v4 already installed

The first time it went with installing the v4 but stopped because it saw that there were changes not committed and stopped. Once I cleaned the commits I rerun the command and says that:
"Tailwind CSS v4.0.1 found. The migration tool can only be run on v3 projects."

But the app.css config file is still at the old version, stopping me from upgrading. How can I reset the situation or force through with the command?

You'd want to reinstall the v3 package, i.e. npm install tailwindcss@3

this doesn't work, it will change shadow-sm to shadow-xs. then run again it changes shadow-xs to shadow-2xs

If you have version control in the project, you should be able to revert the changes to rerun the upgrade script. As per the documentation:

We recommend running the upgrade tool in a new branch
