Intellisence Not working is MS Visual Studio 2022

I cant seem to get intellisence working with tailwind - Can anyone make any suggestions. The Tailwind is working perfectly apart from that!

Also forgot to add that i can see it but it appears to only be the output.css file

There is an unofficial extension for Visual Studio. Doesn't support v4 yet, though.
