Please update lilconfig to the latest version

The project is a full major (and several patch) version behind and it's causing issues with apps that have dependencies which use newer versions of lilconfig in next.js apps. This issue is caused by a troublesome conflict between the two versions in a next.js app development environment (not the fault of tailwind, but it would be primarily solved by an updated version)
