webkit support for properties in the form of classes

There are properties that you cannot specify and more properties will be added to them using autoprefix to support them. This is for example: styling scroll, placeholder at input. They require initial writing in a webkit. Basic things that I think people use every day. And for such things, I think it would be possible to add separate classes.
