dark mode shorthand

It would be great to have a shorthand that turns this:
bg-blue-600 text-white hover:bg-blue-700 dark:bg-blue-400 dark:text-black dark:hover:bg-blue-500
into something like this:
bg-blue-600|400 text-white|black hover:bg-blue-700|500

Personally, this would convince me to use literal colors instead of semantic ones.
