Guide to use TailWind with Symfony : missing a part ?

The guide on https://tailwindcss.com/docs/guides/symfony is almost perfect, yet i couldnt get my rendered twigs to actually use the style.

After a bit of trial and error it turned out to just need this tiny modification to my base twig :

{% block stylesheets %}
    {{ encore_entry_link_tags('app') }}
{% endblock %}

{% block javascripts %}
    {{ encore_entry_script_tags('app') }}
{% endblock %}

Which is not a big deal, granted, but i felt like it was missing.
