Reset default padding around dialog

Hello there!

While using tailwind, I was surprised to see that the <dialog> element has a default 1rem padding that is not reset by tailwind. I think that the reset should set the padding of dialog to 0. 🙂

think this would be great for v4, a total reset of the dialog element would be great, not just the padding
