Why TransitionRoot event are not send to Parent Component when he have Transition Child

Hi, i want to create a modal component, and when i use the event from api in headlessui, theses returns nothing in the parent, i've tried to create a function to console log the event from transitionRoot but nothing appears. The event works on transitionChild but none on transitionRoot

I've you idea for this bug ?
