Visible scrollbar

Currently the scrollbar is behind the overlay, is it possible to move it in front?

atm if the dialog is overflowing, you cannot scroll up/down in the grey areas above, only if you hold your mouse within the dialog itself (white).

update: if you remove the overlay, it works as intended
