How to keep current input value when i leave combobox input ?

Currently I am using combobox to increase auto complete, however after typing in input and I leave input all the content I typed in input is deleted.

I watched the demo from the document and tried looking for a property that helps me retain what I typed in the input, but it doesn't exist.

I don't know if there is an option to help me retain the typed content when leaving the input combobox?
