get value from switch component failing in tests

I am trying to write a test for asserting the value of a switch component.

But the return value is not coming as expected, why is that and I am I doing it wrong?

it('should have value property if checked', () => {
  render(
    <form aria-label='form'>
      <Switch value='value' name='radio' checked={true}>
        On
      </Switch>
    </form>
  );

  expect(screen.getByRole('form')).toHaveFormValues({
    radio: 'value'
  });
});

The above is returning this
