How is the Popover Opened on Load on the website?

Hi,

On the page for popover https://headlessui.com/react/popover, the first pop over is opened when the page loads. I copied the exact React code and it doesn't work the same way.

Normally I would prefer it to be closed on load, but for development and testing purposes, it is way more convenient to have it remain opened.
