Scrolling content behind Dialog

Hi,

First of all thanks so much for amazing project!

I'm using slide over shopping cart (https://tailwindui.com/components/ecommerce/components/shopping-carts) with some edited styling and wondering if it's possible to scroll through content behind while the dialog is still opened.

This is code sand box with an example, what I'm trying to do is when the cursor is outside of the dialog (circled the area) I'd like to scroll what's behind with dialog still opened and in same position.
