Safari scroll options in menu/combobox unexpected behaviour

In Safari when I press on menu.options to choose an option, it looks a little but blurry. When I scroll the options some of them appear as blank space and when I touch a blank option it looks like the third picture:

This issue also happens with combobox.

Why it was moved to discussions? It is definitely a bug and should belong to issues.
