Allow keyboard navigation of Listbox.Options and Combobox.Options to wrap around

When you are pressing the down arrow key and reach the end of the options in the Listbox/Combobox component, it would be nice if you could press down again and be at the first option. Vice versa, it would be nice to be able to get to the last option by clicking the up arrow key from the first option.
