Guide on how to make form related components reusable.

I have started a discussion earlier about how should I make a combobox reusable, but I have encountered this problem across all the components that are form related. I would have no problem using these components as they are, but I want to make them so that I do not have to do all the setup everytime I use them. Therefore, how can I use v-model on them as a reusable component.
