Get menuState outside the <Menu>-component

Hello,

I need to access the current state of a specific menu, which I implemented using https://headlessui.dev/vue/menu#component-api.

Unfortunately, I do not see how to get this state outside the <Menu>-component.

Is there anybody, who solved this problem?
