Popover doesn't expose close()

I tried to follow the instructions like here https://headlessui.dev/vue/popover#closing-popovers-manually to close my popover manually, but this is not possible anymore. The close()-function isn't exposed, just the open-prop

Is this a bug or is there another possibility to achieve the desired functionality?
