How to change the Listbox button name, when using API calls

I have a Listbox.Button with the following ternary condition.

{constraints.length === 0 ? 'Loading...' : constraints[0].constraintType}

This helps when the app from crashing, but when it comes to selecting an item from the list. The Listbox.Button name does not change.
